Created exclusively as a player exclusive release for Washington Wizards Away games, the Wizards Away colorway was born on the Air Jordan 31 silhouette. A University Red covers the tongue of this release in the shoe's signature Flyweave construction. The fabric slowly fades to College Navy as it works its way up the shoe. Eventually, the Flyweave upper transitions to a leather upper on the heel, still maintaining its College Navy coloring. A Nike Swoosh logo is subtly integrated into the Flyweave pattern on each side panel. College Navy returns on the midsole, laces, tongue, and inner sock liner. A Jordan Brand Wings logo is stamped into the medial ankle of each shoe, while a Jumpman logo appears on the lateral heel. An icy translucent outer sole sits underfoot.
